Give this decoration as a gift as a hint of a new car gift or to celebrate your own gift to yourself.  It features a round black steering wheel with a holly and berries design on the top, "New Car" in white lettering in the middle and a car remote and keys on the bottom.  The sides are solid black.  The back includes the steering wheel design.  All sides are nicely detailed. It is made of blown glass, delicately hand-painted and has sparkling glittered accents.
