This lovely high-quality ornate skirt is created with two pieces of thick white cloth with a red and white border. The top layer is fully decorated with finely stitched blue and green snowflakes plus green and red dots. The bottom layer is solid white. It includes a 1 7/8" opening in the center, and it includes a seam to easily wrap it around you tree.
