Remember a special birthday, event or going to the state fair with this fun decoration.  It features various color balloons:  2 red, 2 green, 2 yellow, 1 blue, 1 purple and 1 orange balloon, each with a shiny reflective finish.  The lower part has an icy frost with some sparkle and gold glitter lines for the strings.  All sides are nicely detailed and each includes a gold ornament string.
