This beautiful tropical fish ornament depicts the exotic fantail goldfish, a species of fish native to East Asia. It is made with a combination of light and dark stained wood, with more noticeable grains on the darker stained wood. Send it to a friend who enjoys Asian fish or freshwater aquariums. Both sides have the same design and a semi-gloss finish.

Intarsia: This ornament is handmade from multiple pieces of finely finished solid wood attached together, a technique called intarsia which gives it the appearance of depth. Only the highest quality of wood is used.

I bought several designs. They are all as pretty as they look. Love that the design is on both sides and the thickness...they are not fragile as I feared they might be.
