Bulk Orders, Discounts

Orders exceeding our available quantity or not on our website.

We can accept Special Orders for most non-retired items. Please contact us for availability and estimated shipping time.
If ordering large quantities, we require that at least 1 of the item was viewed in person before placing the order (via an order or other route)
Order Early Special orders MUST be placed early for Christmas delivery - some items may take 3-4 weeks to arrive at our facility to ship to your address while other items are available within a few days.
Rarely will we accept special orders after mid-November unless it is not for Christmas delivery.
Pre-payment/Deposit: In some cases a pre-payment or deposit may be required (depending on the size of the order)
RETURN/REFUNDS: may be allowed on special orders depending on the situation.
Re-stocking Fees: In some cases a 10% - 15% re-stocking fee may apply if we must return excess quantities to a vendor who charges us a re-stocking fee.

Wholesale: We do not sell at wholesale but we can provide discounts to some volume orders, most often large quantity orders of individual items or orders exceeding a dollar amount (in lieu of any current shipping specials) allowing additional shipping time.
Fundraisers: We do NOT provide free items for out-of-area fund raising. After verifying the caller is associated with the fund raiser we may be able to offer a volume rate discount in some cases.
Coupon Specials and Shipping Specials may not be combined with any discounted orders unless pre-approved.
Pre-payment/Deposit: In some cases a pre-payment or deposit may be required (see special orders above).
RETURNS/REFUNDS depends on the situation.
Re-Stocking Fees: In some cases a 10% - 15% re-stocking fee may apply if we must return it to our vendor (who may charge us a re-stocking fee and to cover our cost of return shipping to the vendor).
