A yurt is an ancient portable shelter originating in Asia consisting of a round tent with a pointed roof.  Now there are modern yurt shaped camping tents.  This ornament can represent either the traditional or modern yurt temporary home.  It has light beige sides with windows with roll up covers and a door plus a red roof with 6 lines to represent the tent base.  All sides are nicely detailed. It is made of blown glass, delicately hand-painted and has sparkly glittered accents.
