This tasty looking decoration depicts a Napoleon Puff with 3 layers of flaky crust separated by 2 layers custard and topped with frosting and half of a strawberry.  The real pastry is popular around the world in coffee shops and bakeries.  Puff pastries are made from laminate dough which does not use yeast and creates a light and flaky crust. The Napoleon puff pastry includes custard and powdered sugar and may be topped any just about anything from frostings to fruits. All sides of this ornament are nicely detailed. It is made of blown glass, delicately hand-painted and has sparkling glittered accents.
