Semper Paratus US Coast Guard Christmas Ornament, 3 1/8 inches. Made of glass from the KSA licensed ornaments collection.

Honor the Coast Guard member in your life with this two-sided blue round ornament. The front is decorated with a red, white and blue glittered shield and "Semper" above and "Paratus" below the shield in white lettering. Semper Paratus is Latin for "Always Ready" which is not only the Coast Guard motto but the service March song written in 1927. The BACK has a round circle with a glittered interior which includes a crossed anchor design with a round circle in the middle with "United States Coast Guard" "1790" plus a smaller patriotic shield. This is an ornament which can be displayed with great pride any time of the year. (New 2019)
