This United States National Parks Service (NPS) glass ornament depicts the North entrance sign to the Shenandoah park located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The park offers astounding views from the skyline drive running at the top of the mountain range, camping, trails galore, waterfalls and over 100 miles of the Appalachian trail. This ornament depicts the Front Royal VA entrance, which is also home to the Skyline Caverns. The design includes the stone foundation and side with a brown wood sign with "North Entrance" on top and "Shenandoah National Park" in the middle plus there are pine tree designs where the National Park service logo is situated. Cadillac Mountain entrance sign made of wood with "Acadia National Park" in white lettering plus the National Park Service logo on the left side. This ornament is made of blown glass, delicately hand-painted and has sparkling glitter accents.
