Celebrate a trip to Mexico or the Southwest with these sugar skull ornaments, aka Calavera or Day of the Dead skull.  They are finely detailed with glittered designs and outlined white teeth. The white and turquoise skulls have very similar floral and heart design patterns. The purple style has yellow suns with spirals plus various size hearts. All 3 colors are finely detailed on all sides.

The term sugar skull comes from the craft of carving sugar to create the skull shape. They are used as part of the Day of the Dead holiday and the Roman Catholic - All Souls Day. In the U.S. they are increasingly becoming part of Halloween displays.
