Green and Yellow Little Parakeet Christmas Ornament, 3 1/2 inches, from the Merck Family's Old World Christmas Glass Ornaments collection. OWC # 16123 (2018 Mid-Year New Release).

This cute ornament is about half the size of a real parakeet. It has very realistic coloring and details, including the black markings on it's back plus it has sparkling glitter accents. Hang several in an old bird cage for holiday decor. It is made of blown glass and delicately hand-painted.

Sweet Parakeet on My Tree

This vintage-looking ornament brings back memories of our parakeet in childhood, right down to the color. The only drawback is the connector of the loop to his head- it stands out more than I like, Otherwise, this is definitely heirloom quality and we will cherish it for years to come.
