Give this decoration as a gift for a birthday any time of the year.  The design features a shiny round silver platter with a bottom layer of a tall round blue frosting cake decorated with gold, blue, and purple swirls wrapping around the cake, "Happy Birthday" in purple glitter lettering on the front, then a satin white frosting narrower top layer, plus pink coloring on the top with pink glitter accents.  All sides are nicely detailed. It is made of blown glass, delicately hand-painted and has sparkling glittered accents.
