Add this fun elf decoration to your arts and crafts room or collection.  It has a stuffed head, plus stuffed arms and legs, a break-resistant plastic head, and a knit hat with a firm wire.   The legs are designed to dangle from the edge of a shelf and the hat can be posed in any direction.  Each includes a sheer white ribbon ornament string strung thru the lower section of the back of the hat.  (New 2021)
