Although this ornament could also pass as a weasel (part of the mustelidae family) due to their strong similarities in appearance, it not related to the meerkat (part of the mongoose family), which is a desert dweller native to the southern region of the continent of Africa and likely to be seen on an African Safari. All sides are wonderfully detailed.
