Description
Mid-sized - Glitter Free - Two Color Choices. Antiqued Shiny Pink and Yellow Color Tones Reflector Christmas Ornament, 3 1/4" inches, from the Old World Christmas Glass Ornaments collection. OWC #51503 Price is for 1 piece (2020 New Release)
In 2020 OWC introduced a variety of vintage reflector designs referred to as their "reflections" theme. This design has two options of the same shape but with the marbled 50's pink and yellow colors but in reverse. Both are comprised of 4 antiqued sections including: A small silver disk shape the top; The 2nd section is round with a smooth, antiqued, pink or yellow shiny finish, and a 5/8 inch indention (reflector) down to the center on the front of the ornament. The reflector has raised edges and the coloring creates a star flower design in the center; 3rd section - is the larger silver disk shape; 4th - Then a slightly ridge cone shape which is the opposite color of the round section. All sides are nicely detailed. It is made of blown glass, delicately hand-painted. This ornament does not contain glitter.
Note: This item is new but has a vintage design and antiqued hanger.
2022 Series change: OWC is discontinuing this item as #51503 which was available in 2 colors (yellow or pink bottom). Once 51503 is sold out, it will only be available the pink bottom color with a new item # of 51510 (page to be created in the future)

Picture and brief summary were a perfect match. Loved seeing all the angles of the ornament which meant I knew what I was getting.
My husband and I have been buying OWC ornaments since the 1990s. We love them and have over a hundred. I have never seen reflection ornaments in stores but do recall how beautiful they were in his parents’ old German ornament collection. When I found this one and the other OWC reflection glass ornaments at Christmas in Prescott, I was excited so bought one of each style. When I received the ornaments, I was so impressed and pleased because of the quality/consistency of the painting and shape of the ornament. Each ornament was gorgeous and beautiful and I love the fact that there is no glitter to deal with. All reflection ornaments have very rich colors and some have amazing mottled painting. The picture and description at the website so closely resembled what I got (honestly it was stunning to look it in-person). I was also very pleased to receive the ornament in an OWC box with tissue, which protected the ornament during shipping, and now provides me with the perfect box/tissue to store it safely for years for when I hand it down to my daughter.
