This shiny, reflective red ornament could represent a men's or women's bow tie. While the men's version is usually used as a neck tie, the women's version may be used anywhere from a hat decoration to a shoe decoration. It's also a style common with men's quartet groups (though usually solid red). Both sides of this ornament have the same red with white polka dots design and are finely detailed. It is made of blown glass, delicately hand-painted and has sparkly glittered accents.
