Tall Decorated Chinese Art Ginger Jar Christmas Ornament, 4 1/8 inches (plus hanger).  Made of blown glass by Raz Imports, from the Eric Cortina (ES) collection.  

This wonderful decoration makes a gift for the collector of blue and white items or spice jars.  It has a glossy off-white base color with two-tone blue details. The front and back have the same designs with lettering, and both sides have the same designs.  It is made of hand-painted blown glass. Each includes the EC designer tag and a silver ornament string.   (Added 2022)
