Give this colorful glass ornament as a gift to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion or to remember a trip to a local carnival or county fair. The design includes around 9 balloons floating upward tied to strings all held together with a red ribbon at the end of the strings. Each balloon is a different color except for 2 yellow ones. All sides are nicely detailed. It is made of blown glass, delicately hand-painted and has sparkly glittered accents.
