This excellent blue ribbon design is perfect for recognizing someone's achievements, whether winning 1st place at a 4-H show or dog show event, county or state fair, sports, school or just about any competitive event.  The front has "1st" in gold glitter print plus a gold circle around it.  The back has a solid blue center with a gold circle.  All sides are nicely detailed with the back sharing the same patterns as a real ribbon award. It is made of blown glass, delicately hand-painted and has sparkly glittered accents.
