FREE PERSONALIZATION

Most of our ornaments can be personalized. Sorry we can not offer caligraphy or specialized prints. We do simple hand-written lettering.

Please remember to keep your personalization brief due to the limited personalization area of our ornaments. We normally suggest a name and/or year for most ornaments

Include your personalization needs in the comments section of the BILLING PAGE WHEN CHECKING OUT.

ITEMS WHICH CAN NOT BE PERSONALIZED
- Fully glittered ornaments (such as Old World Christmas "Glistening Ornaments"
- BrushArt, Brushkins Animals
- Brass Bells
- Brass Musical Instruments and narrow wood instruments can not be personalized due to the material and/or size. Guitars, Piano, Drums and Glass musical instrument orders can be personalized.
Most other ornaments can be personalized, if we can not personalize we will contact you within 24 hours.

Please allow 1-3 additional days for personalized ornaments. Your order will not ship until personalization is completed.




SPECIAL ORDERS - DISCOUNT ORDERS

SPECIAL ORDERS - VOLUME ORDERS - We can accept Special Orders for most items. Please contact us for availability and estimated shipping time.

Special orders MUST be placed early for Christmas delivery - some items may take 3-4 weeks to arrive at our facility to ship to your address while other items are available within a few days.

DISCOUNTS - We do not sell at wholesale but we can provide discounts to some volume orders, mainly large quantity orders of individual items, allowing additional shipping time.

NOTE: SPECIAL ORDERS MAY REQUIRE PRE-PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT FOR SOME VERY LARGE VOLUME ORDERS. If a special order is cancelled a 10% re-stocking fee may apply if we must return it to your vendor and we are charged a re-stocking fee by them.

WE RARELY MAKE SPECIAL ORDERS BETWEEN NOVEMBER 1ST AND JANUARY 30TH. By then it is normally too late for Christmas delivery
