Most of our ornaments can be personalized. Sorry we can not offer calligraphy or specialized prints. We do simple hand-written lettering.

Please remember to keep your personalization brief due to the limited personalization area of our ornaments. We normally suggest a name and/or year for most ornaments

Include your personalization needs in the personalization box at the bottom of the BILLING PAGE WHEN CHECKING OUT.

- Fully glittered ornaments (such as Old World Christmas "Glistening Ornaments")
- BrushArt, Brushkins Animals
- Brass Bells
- Brass Musical Instruments and narrow wood instruments can not be personalized due to the material and/or size. Musical instrument which can be personalized: Most Guitars, Pianos, Drums and Glass musical instruments.
- Most other ornaments can be personalized, if we can not personalize we will contact you within 24 hours.

Please allow 1-3 additional days for personalized ornaments. Your order will not ship until personalization is completed. Large personalized orders may take longer

SPECIAL ORDERS - Orders exceeding our available quantity or not on our website - We can accept Special Orders for most items. Please contact us for availability and estimated shipping time.

Order Early Special orders MUST be placed early for Christmas delivery - some items may take 3-4 weeks to arrive at our facility to ship to your address while other items are available within a few days. Rarely will we accept special orders after mid-November unless it is not for Christmas delivery.

In some cases a pre-payment or deposit may be required (depending on the size of the order)

RETURNS on special orders depend on the situation. In rare cases a 10% re-stocking fee may apply if we must return excess quantities to a vendor who charges us a re-stocking fee. Large personalized orders are non-refundable.


We do not sell at wholesale but we can provide discounts to some volume orders, most often large quantity orders of individual items or orders exceeding a dollar amount (in lieu of any current shipping specials) allowing additional shipping time.

We do NOT provide free items for fund raising. After verifying the caller is associated with the fund raiser we can only offer a volume rate discount in many cases.

Coupon Specials and Shipping Specials may not be combined with any discounted orders unless pre-approved.

In some cases a pre-payment or deposit may be required.

RETURNS depend on the situation (whether or not items were personalized etc). In some cases a 10% re-stocking fee may apply if we must return it to our vendor (who charges us a re-stocking fee).
