Body: The ornament I ordered arrived broken in the box, in spite of being well-cushioned. I called the store and they immediately sent me a replacement. I did not even have to send the original ornament back to them. They have a great selection of products and I would order from them again.

Body: I cant remember if I had options for shipping. I was nervous that the ornaments would not arrive in time. The ground shipping with USPS took 12 days to arrive. At Christmastime that is not really bad though. One of the ornaments had a small dent in the bottom. I dont believe that it happened during shipping. It is only noticeable to a picky person like me. Thank you. I am very happy with my purchase.
